Valdez 07 25 2013 Truck Trouble for our friends

 We meet some very nice RV’er in Homer AK.  They were going to Valdez about the same time as we were and we all decided to meet in Valdez and get together.   Little did we know, that we would meet them on the road to Valdez and that they would have truck trouble?   As you can see from the below pic they were stop by the side of the road, with their truck side-in rv and boat. 

 

The tow truck showed up and pulled the truck enough to allow it to drift down the hill to a larger and safer pull over.      

Even I know it won't fit!!!

Had to use boards to help get the truck started on the ramp.

The camper is definitely dragging.        

OK.  you can haul how much weight???

All you need to do is lift it up,  right??

They had to take off the bike to make the truck fit on the tow truck.          

 

Total weight??? hope we don't have any weigh scales to cross.

Jim is getting a few things from the truck before it goes to Valdez.

The tow truck is pulling onto the road for it trip.  Jack,  Jim, Brody, Brock, Zane and Tom are in the coach.  Ladies are chilling in the car driving shootgun.  

The boat is connected to our coach and is on its way to Valdez.   Tammy and Barb are following in the car.
